Two family medicine clinics in Łódź

Teledoctor runs two family medicine clinics in Łódź providing primary healthcare. Our services are free of charge under a contract with Poland’s National Health Fund (NFZ).

All our patients can use both clinics — you register with Teledoctor, not with a particular address.

What we can help you with

  • family doctor appointments and nursing care;
  • telephone consultations, e-prescriptions, e-referrals and electronic sick leave certificates;
  • referrals for laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging and specialist consultations;
  • vaccinations and routine child health checks.

How to register as our patient

Simply submit a declaration selecting your primary care doctor, nurse and midwife. You can complete it at either of our clinics.

You can change your clinic free of charge up to twice per calendar year. A third or subsequent change involves a fee payable to the National Health Fund (NFZ), unless you are changing because you have moved or your previous clinic has closed.
