Contact and appointments
Book an appointment
Call your chosen clinic or send us a message. Reception is open Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00. All our patients can use both clinics — you are registered with Teledoctor, not with a single address.
Prescriptions, referrals and sick leave certificates
The pages below explain how to make a request and what information the doctor needs. The doctor decides whether to issue a document after assessing your situation.
Telephone consultation
A telephone consultation is a conversation with a doctor by phone. It is a full medical consultation: afterwards, the doctor can issue an e-prescription, e-referral or electronic sick leave certificate, and the consultation is documented in your medical records.
How it works
- Call reception to arrange a time.
- The doctor calls the number you provided during the agreed time slot.
- If the doctor considers that the matter cannot be resolved by phone, they will arrange an in-person appointment. This is a medical decision, not a refusal to help.
When a telephone consultation is not enough
- when a physical examination is needed;
- at a first consultation for a new health complaint if the symptoms require an examination in person;
- for children under 6, except for follow-up consultations and matters that can be assessed by phone.
What we do not do
We do not record telephone consultations. We only make an entry in your medical records, just as after an in-person appointment.
