Request an e-prescription
For medication you take regularly — without visiting the clinic. The doctor always makes the decision: they review your medical records and issue a prescription if there are no contraindications.
How it works
- Call reception and provide the medication name and dose.
- Reception forwards your request to your treating doctor.
- The doctor issues an e-prescription or asks to speak with you if more information is needed.
- You receive the prescription code by SMS from the e-zdrowie system, and at the pharmacy you only need to provide your PESEL number.
What cannot be handled this way
- medication you are taking for the first time — this requires an in-person or telephone consultation;
- medication that requires monitoring tests, if those tests are due;
- antibiotics and painkillers from groups that require the patient to be examined.
